Shaolin-Do is the most comprehensive martial arts curriculum in the United States. Shaolin is the ancient Chinese system of martial arts originally conceived in the Honan Province of Northern China. The system was founded by the Buddhist monks of the Shaolin Temple. It was developed as a way to discipline the mind and body, encompassing a wide range of styles and techniques. The breadth of knowledge contained within the Shaolin-Do system is enough to keep you excited and entertained with new challenges for a lifetime.
Building on its rich history to the present day, Shaolin has evolved into a system of martial arts development that is truly unique. It is not a single style with a single application made for a single type of individual. Its history demands and today's discipline stresses diversity, flexibility, and depth. It is strength, self-defense, confidence and athletic ability meshed among many styles.
